Mock Surveys
“Consistent use of MedQIS® helps long-term care facilities prepare for both QIS and traditional surveys. MedQIS® helps facilities conduct mock surveys. Our system will guide even less experienced surveyors to follow the QIS steps established by the CMS. Instructions and interpretive guidelines from the State Operations Manual (SOM) can be accessed in each section of the mock survey. Our final mock survey report includes all potential F-tags with explanations and scope/ severity. Our system will create statements of deficiency (SOD) and assist the facility in preparing plans of correction (POC).”
